What you will do

• Oversee apparel inventory, stock checks, backstock organization, clearance, salvage, markdowns, and product replenishment.
• Implement planograms, visual merchandising standards, apparel tables, displays, signage, and promotional events.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist members, resolve concerns, and support a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain GOLD presentation, cleanliness, product organization, and accurate pricing throughout the department.
• Train, influence, motivate, and support apparel team members while serving as the subject matter expert on visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, compliance requirements, and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or soft lines.
• Customer service experience, including resolving member concerns.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and Planogram (POG) execution.
• Strong organization, task management, reliability, goal orientation, and attention to detail.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces and regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
