Aircraft Performance - Flight Test Specialist (m/f)

What you will do

• Prepare flight test campaigns by validating aircraft configurations, instrumentation, and telemetry tools.
• Monitor flight tests in real time from the telemetry centre to support the crew and ensure test safety.
• Analyse flight and simulated test data to assess data validity and aircraft performance.
• Provide performance feedback to relevant design teams.
• Prepare official certification documentation for hirify.global aircraft.
• Optimize flight test data analysis tools to increase the value of testing.

Requirements

• Academic background in flight physics engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Initial professional experience or exposure to flight mechanics principles.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Strong initiative, flexibility in a reactive operational environment, and a collaborative attitude.
• Security clearance is required, or candidates must be eligible to obtain clearance from the recognized authorities.

Nice to have

• Big Data project experience.
• French language skills.
