Airbus UpNext – Flight Control Actuator Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse, France, with regular travel to Cazaux

What you will do

• Manage the functional and electrical integration of flight control actuators.
• Define and deliver actuator verification and validation activities and documentation.
• Follow actuator production and testing at suppliers, including qualification testing.
• Define and perform actuator testing on test benches and on the aircraft during ground and flight tests.
• Support actuator maintenance, troubleshooting, and serviceability during the flight test campaign.
• Collaborate with program management, technical work package leaders, Loads, Airframe, and flight control design teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in actuator design, development, and testing, preferably with electromechanical actuators.
• Experience in the flight control domain and actuator testing.
• Good understanding of systems interfaces and systems management.
• Practical problem-solving skills, initiative, autonomy, adaptability, availability, and accountability.
• English and French are mandatory.
• Based in Toulouse with regular travel to Cazaux.
