ATR - Maintenance Support Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead Maintenance Support activities for hirify.global operators, directly handling requests and coordinating a subcontracted support team.
• Trigger and coordinate updates and improvements to maintenance technical data and related operator support products.
• Manage Advanced Copies and Temporary Revisions, ensuring documentation matches fleet configurations and required airworthiness standards.
• Participate in user testing for technical data tool developments and verify that delivered changes meet user requirements.
• Coordinate semiannual hirify.global Tech Data Connections with Engineering and Customer Support & Services teams.
• Support the development of new technical data services, external partnerships, and configuration and finalization activities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent university training with 5+ years of experience in the aeronautical industry, Engineering, and Support.
• Experience with technical data usage, especially Line Maintenance manuals such as MIPD, AFI, AFR, MP, and WD.
• Knowledge of the S1000D technical data format and basic understanding of the Airbus SAP technical data production environment.
• IT skills with Office Suite, GILDA/GIDOCA, and SAP.
• Fluent English and French required; Italian is an advantage.
• Proactive, autonomous, customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to negotiate and explain technical topics effectively.
