Engineering Quality Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and follow up on quality activities for engineering projects.
• Ensure technical requirements are documented, baselined, and understood by project teams.
• Verify that engineering reviews and quality controls are completed according to project plans.
• Track non-conformities and problem reports through resolution.
• Develop verification and validation test plans, create test environments, and facilitate test readiness reviews and test review boards.
• Develop quality management and software quality assurance plans and support improvement actions from lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a quality environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AQAP quality management systems.
• Knowledge of engineering processes, best practices, auditing processes, and systems.
• Experience working in a multifunctional team with an autonomous and proactive approach.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in program and project management.
• Knowledge of CMMI or the V-model.
