Pharmacist Manager - Sam's

Location: Katy, Texas, United States; onsite at 29153 Katy Fwy

Salary: $112,000–$197,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members, and maintaining confidential records.
• Manage pharmacy and over-the-counter operations, including pricing, merchandise presentation, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Lead member service standards and resolve member needs, complaints, and issues within company guidelines.
• Oversee compliance, loss prevention, safety, operational reviews, quality assurance, and pharmacy action plans.
• Supervise, train, mentor, assign duties to, and provide performance feedback and recognition to associates.
• Support community outreach and uphold Walmart values related to integrity, belonging, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from the NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or a state pharmacy association program.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company, legal, state, and federal requirements.
