Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 39500 Ford Rd, Canton, Michigan, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour-per-week schedule, prorated for fewer hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medication.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model appropriate customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and partners and participate in community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Adaptability when addressing varied patient needs and medical concerns.
