Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work with at least three in-person days per week at the assigned office

Salary: $95,638–$172,256 per year; new hires generally start between $95,638 and $127,250

What you will do

• Coach managers through performance management, accountability discussions, employee development, difficult conversations, and team effectiveness.
• Assess organizational health, team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, workforce risks, and organizational challenges.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, organizational change, growth, and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration discussions, promotion reviews, and succession planning activities using people insights and workforce data.
• Design manager-facing playbooks, tools, frameworks, programs, and operating standards that improve leadership effectiveness and manager self-sufficiency.
• Partner with Business Partners, Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to develop scalable people solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, People Partnership, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience coaching managers through performance, talent, leadership, and organizational challenges.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational design, and organizational change.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, communication, consulting, facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience developing frameworks, tools, programs, or processes that improve manager effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or consumer products.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, or HR certifications such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.
