Director, Supply Chain Reliability (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid in Titusville, New Jersey, USA, with alternate locations possible in Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA; Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland. Travel of up to 15% may be required.

Salary: €104,000–€179,515 annually in the primary posting location. Belgium range: €119,200–€204,355 annually.

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy for end-to-end supply chain performance management and reliability.
• Design standardized performance frameworks, KPI definitions, enterprise scorecards, and tiered governance reviews.
• Develop reliability methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve recurring systemic supply chain risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain performance and reliability team.
• Advance digital tools, automation, advanced analytics, and AI for real-time performance visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional deep dives, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience and experience in supply chain management.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, quality, delivery, and/or procurement.
• Experience leading enterprise performance management systems, governance frameworks, digital transformations, and change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, people development, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Experience applying AI and advanced analytics to supply chain decision-making.
• Knowledge of Johnson & Johnson supply chain operating models and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to synthesize complex operational, financial, and technical data into executive-level recommendations.
