What you will do

• Lead safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient operations for the Cadiz plant assets.
• Drive operational excellence, operational discipline, procedure management, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage production plans, area resources, operational metrics, team performance, coaching, and development.
• Coordinate with internal support functions, producer customers, local officials, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee operating expense and maintenance capital budgets, forecasts, outage planning, and capital project design reviews.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, response activities, drills, and training, and serve in an Incident Commander or Command Staff role when required.

Requirements

• Work at the Cadiz, Ohio plant is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of leadership experience.
• At least three years of oil and gas industry experience; midstream experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
