Staff Software Engineer (SaaS)

Salary: $129,500–$186,100 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex SaaS software systems.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture for major projects, with emphasis on scalability, performance, reliability, and technical debt prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale software projects and influence technical decisions across the organization.
• Own service health and quality through telemetry, observability, incident analysis, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering excellence practices.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement, innovation, and full lifecycle ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more of C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, scalable systems, DevOps, and large-scale project delivery.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, GitHub, telemetry, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and technical influence skills.
