Senior Architectural CAD Operator (Revit)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours

Salary: PHP 85,000–95,000 per month

What you will do

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and coordinated documentation packages in Revit from concept design through construction documentation.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, and construction details.
• Maintain coordinated Revit models and integrate documentation from structural, civil, and building services consultants.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, documentation conflicts, and regulatory compliance.
• Create 3D models and visualizations in Lumion and support planning permit and building approval submissions.
• Manage multiple concurrent workflows independently and provide structured progress updates to project leaders.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional architectural drafting and technical documentation experience.
• Advanced Revit proficiency with evidence of delivering complete architectural documentation packages.
• High proficiency in Lumion and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong construction detailing knowledge across residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and Australian planning and building approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability to work Australian hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Australian architectural practice.
• Experience coordinating structural, civil, and MEP or building services consultants.
• Familiarity with Victorian planning requirements and local council approval processes.
• A portfolio of detailed Revit documentation sets across varied project scales and sectors.
