Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Michigan, United States; on-site presence required

Salary: $40,000–$75,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned personal insurance clients.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative coverage recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities to support retention and growth.
• Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote digital tools and deliver high-quality support for client needs.

Requirements

• Active P&C license.
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines and/or account management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Michigan is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system.
• Bachelor's degree.
