Quality Supervisor GA (1st Shift) (Automotive)

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and finished products comply with internal standards and external regulations.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support customer and regulatory audits.
• Track MRB rates, defect rates, and first-pass yield, and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Partner with engineering and production on bottleneck reduction, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and testing-equipment calibration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive quality assurance or quality control experience in automotive manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Quality Management Systems software and Google Workspace.
• Ability to make rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure automotive environment.
• Authority to stop production lines or shipments when quality standards or safety protocols are compromised.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with supply chain, production, and engineering teams.
