Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Dartmouth, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role on the 3rd shift with extended presence in manufacturing environments and occasional travel for facility support, trade shows, and training.

Salary: $73,499–$91,795 per year

What you will do

• Lead production maintenance associates and ensure reliable performance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with manufacturing and facilities engineering.
• Set performance and cost-control standards and maintain critical parts inventory.
• Coach and train associates while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with leadership experience, or an associate’s degree plus 3+ years, or a high school diploma plus 5+ years.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery.
• Experience using tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to work extended periods in manufacturing environments and exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise.
• Experience working on a 3rd shift schedule and ability to travel occasionally are required.
