OK Maintenance Mechanic I/ II

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Full-time, onsite, 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Starting base pay: $29.87–$42.26 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and routine repairs on production equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and machine-control issues.
• Operate cranes, aerial lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Record completed work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and identify spare parts and assets.
• Support non-routine maintenance, fabrication, machine commissioning, installation, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean production area and complete required safety and technical training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or an associate degree are preferred for Maintenance Mechanic II.
• Maintenance Mechanic I requires basic mechanical knowledge; Maintenance Mechanic II requires 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintenance Mechanic II requires experience with power transmission, CNC systems, electrical motors and controls, PLC/ladder logic, network diagnostics, and machine commissioning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb, kneel, bend, pull, and work around machinery, noise, airborne particles, forklifts, and cranes.
• Crane operation, first aid/CPR, machine safety, NFPA 70E, and NEC knowledge or certifications are required as applicable to the role.
