Maintenance - 3rd Shift

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain complex, high-precision CNC machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Rebuild and overhaul gearboxes, tool changers, cylinders, index units, motors, pumps, and other components.
• Inspect, repair, and replace hydraulic and pneumatic system components.
• Troubleshoot and replace electrical devices, including contactors, input/output cards, and solenoids.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and offline testing to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• Work with personnel and contractors on new machine installations, overhauls, difficult repairs, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
• 5+ years of diversified machining and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, electronic control apparatus, machine tool operations, drives, and controls.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean concepts, TPM, and TPR.
• Team-oriented approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
