What you will do

• Repair and maintain vehicles and construction equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment in functional condition.
• Repair engine failures, replace parts, and repair body damage.
• Operate or move heavy equipment as needed.
• Work independently and collaborate with shop teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of mechanical experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to provide basic hand tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and communicate with teammates.

Nice to have

• Welding ability.
• Completion of a diesel mechanic program.
• Forklift experience; training is provided.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
