Senior AI Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Must be based in or ready to relocate to Munich, Germany

Salary: €90,000–€150,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the regional rollout of the platform across DACH from the Munich office.
• Act as a strategic AI transformation partner to C-suite leaders at large enterprises.
• Run accounts like consulting engagements, including diagnostics, roadmap design, and results tracking.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and build initial agents to prove value.
• Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions and remove blockers.
• Help grow and shape the local Munich team as the regional presence expands.

Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency required.
• Must be based in Munich or ready to relocate.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, consulting, or AI-native operating roles.
• Proven track record leading C-level engagements and large-scale change programs.
• Deep hands-on AI experience, including building production agents and integrating with enterprise architecture.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
