Lead Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Location: Béthune, Pas-de-Calais, France. The role involves direct work with warehouse and data center operations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, packaging standards, material handling, and warehouse escalations.
• Establish and maintain shipping and material-handling SOPs while identifying bottlenecks and process improvements.
• Lead inventory checks across warehouse and external storage locations and ensure accuracy in ERP and WMS systems.
• Supervise asset creation, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement preventive measures.
• Manage, mentor, onboard, and allocate work for the logistics team, including internal and outsourced resources.
• Coordinate with data center engineers, project managers, procurement, operations, security teams, and external partners on logistics and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with IT hardware or data centers.
• Proven experience managing people and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of shipping standards and inventory systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorization to work in France or the country of application is required.
