Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch)

What you will do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide professional customer service across required communication channels throughout the purchasing process.
• Work toward individual and team sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in internal systems while representing the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Dutch is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial mindset and comfort working toward sales targets.
• Confidence speaking with customers and recommending products.
• Motivated, positive, and results-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona or Valencia.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service, retail, telesales, or inside sales experience.
