SCADA Project Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional SCADA initiatives across Service, Execution, Product Management, and Technology.
• Represent Service and Engineering interests in MySite360 product release preparation.
• Translate operational impacts into structured risks, dependencies, readiness inputs, actions, and decisions.
• Analyse gaps between BIC processes and actual SCADA and Service operations.
• Standardise local improvements and feed them back into formal BIC processes.
• Support audits and compliance activities, including SteerCos and OSMS, while facilitating complex stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Systems, or an equivalent qualification.
• Long-term experience as a Technical Project or Programme Manager.
• Experience in industrial IT or OT, SCADA, or other complex technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of process governance and enterprise operating models.
• Excellent command of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with product releases, service operations, regulated environments, digital platforms, or large-scale system rollouts.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2.
