Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Robotics)

What you will do

• Own the integrated plan for the Cassie workstream, covering milestones, dependencies, risks, production fleet operations, and products in development.
• Coordinate software, hardware, manufacturing, field deployment, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth across Linear, Notion, Slack, and team workflows, correcting process issues when information diverges.
• Surface schedule risks, unowned work, hidden dependencies, scope changes, and other execution issues.
• Write status updates for leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams and provide an accurate view of program progress.
• Build AI agents, scripts, and integrations that collect status, draft updates, identify drift, chase follow-ups, and coordinate hardware change orders, manufacturing builds, and software releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program or project management experience on physical-product or complex-software teams, including several years at a senior level.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, schedule changes, missing acceptance criteria, and execution risks.
• Daily fluency with current AI tools and a concrete vision for rebuilding program management around automation; examples of tools or automations built are required.
• Technical depth sufficient to follow software architecture, hardware design, and manufacturing discussions and challenge unsupported estimates or plans.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Program management experience across both a large company and a startup.
• Previous experience as a software or hardware engineer.
• Experience with hardware-software programs involving manufacturing dependencies, engineering builds, engineering change orders, or field retrofits.
• Background in robotics, industrial automation, or industrial equipment.
• Experience building scripts, agents, or integrations with Linear, Jira, GitHub, or Slack APIs; willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing partners.
