What you will do

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs across compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and AI workloads.
• Drive the company's infrastructure roadmap, specifically regarding setup, deployment, runtime, and AI infra.
• Partner with AI and Data teams to evolve ML pipelines and LLM serving stacks.
• Establish metrics for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency while managing infra cost drivers.
• Develop frameworks for runtime health, scaling, and disaster recovery.
• Communicate program status and technical risks effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in TPM, infrastructure, or SRE, with 3-5 years managing platform-scale programs.
• Must be based in Mountain View, CA for a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven success delivering infrastructure programs in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Completion of an AI-focused exercise or discussion is required as part of the interview process.
