MES Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the MES system, including user support and data integration with WMS and ERP.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce cost and waste.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate process development with Quality, Production, and Molding teams.
• Monitor cycle time, yield, OEE, capacity, equipment layout, and manpower planning.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone.
• Ability to interpret engineering schematics and drawings, and experience with process flow, line balancing, cycle time analysis, and work standardization.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks and process simulation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
