Platform Delivery Excellence Lead (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: €90,000–€150,000 gross annual base salary for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major platform programmes, transformations, and product migrations, including the OnePlatform programme.
• Establish integrated delivery plans, milestones, accountabilities, and governance across multiple teams.
• Coordinate business, Platform, GDTO, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other functions around priorities, capacity, sequencing, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, bottlenecks, cross-functional dependencies, and client-impacting technology issues.
• Define outcome-oriented KPIs and provide senior stakeholders with transparent reporting on progress, quality, predictability, risks, and decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness, operating processes, governance, and issue-resolution practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programmes or transformations in a business environment.
• Strong experience working at the interface between business and technology or engineering organisations and translating strategy into delivery.
• Experience establishing delivery governance, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement mechanisms at programme or platform scale.
• Ability to identify structural delivery challenges and drive resolution across organisational boundaries without direct line authority.
• Experience in platform, SaaS, cloud, or digital-product environments, with sufficient technical understanding to support effective decisions.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with large-scale product migrations or platform transformation programmes.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
• Knowledge of agile delivery frameworks in complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience designing escalation and issue-resolution frameworks across business and technology functions.
• Experience using delivery metrics and dashboards to improve accountability and performance.
