Finance Business Analyst

What you will do

• Support reporting transformation projects and provide functional support for finance applications.
• Qualify, prioritize, route, and resolve user queries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Own a portfolio of reporting, planning, and controlling applications and advise users on accessing financial data.
• Customize, test, deliver, and maintain tools, reports, and related master data as business requirements change.
• Keep user handbooks and process documentation up to date and support user training sessions.
• Identify recurring problems, propose remediation plans, and communicate specifications for future improvements.

Requirements

• Good understanding of finance business processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, budget monitoring, and controlling.
• Knowledge of SAP Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, fact-finding, and query-resolution skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, customer orientation, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Negotiation-level English is required. French, German, and Spanish are advantageous.
• Self-motivation, flexibility, quick learning, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
