Junior Business Systems Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Monitor BAU support activities for ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, classify, document, and track JIRA incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Identify gaps in P2P, OTC, and R2R workflows and support process improvements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted workflows, copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA automation.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Systems, Integration, and Data stakeholders on delivery, governance, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in a structured BAU environment.
• Knowledge of ERP Finance processes, including P2P, OTC, and R2R.
• Familiarity with AI tools and RPA platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical skills, and an ability to work independently in an international environment.
