Senior Manager, Solution Engineering EMEA (AI)

What you will do

• Manage, coach, hire, and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA.
• Support high-impact opportunities hands-on from discovery through close.
• Execute presales motions including discovery, tailored demos, POVs, and architecture and security reviews.
• Coach the team to connect APIs, platform capabilities, and technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Drive the use of AI tools for call preparation, POC and demo environment setup, and follow-up documentation.
• Own regional presales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience managing or leading a Solutions Engineering or Presales team in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with technical, composable, headless, or API-first platforms such as CMS or DXP products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations, and modern architecture patterns.
• Proven ability to improve team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent presales execution.
• Ability to communicate technical detail to developers and architects while presenting value narratives to executive stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI-based tools for technical evaluations, architecture discussions, research, and productivity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with content workflows, editorial tooling, or digital experience stacks.
• Experience selling developer-facing, composable, or API-first SaaS platforms.
