Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid role with availability aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone in North America.

What you will do

• Provide data, analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, and KPI insights for the global go-to-market model.
• Support execution of the North American Banking sales strategy through Salesforce-based operational improvements.
• Improve sales operations systems, processes, policies, reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.
• Lead sales transformation, coverage optimization, process improvement, and end-to-end sales process initiatives.
• Manage sales funnels and operational cadence through Salesforce, ensuring data quality and alignment with business metrics.
• Provide financial analysis and tools that support business insights and strategic growth decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of finance or sales operations experience in sales support.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
• Experience leading business process re-engineering, business transformation, or organizational redesign projects.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic thinking, process mapping, gap analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support sales activities aligned with the North American EST time zone and work in a hybrid setup from Belgrade.
