Salesforce Analyst II

Location: Arlington, TX, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with business representatives to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, define, prioritize, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate project activities from requirements gathering through testing and training.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, sharing rules, page layouts, and Lightning components.
• Prepare documentation and reports, and support data transfer and cleansing with Apex Data Loader and Salesforce Import Wizard.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, QA test script creation, and QA testing while protecting customer and business data.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of advanced experience with the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, Lightning components, Clouds, and Communities.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and practices.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, UX teams, project managers, product managers, developers, and other partners in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Dealer Service operations and account management systems such as Provenir, CPW, AutoSuite, AutoIMS, and DealerSource.
