Business Operations Analyst

Location: Red Cat Corporate, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Onsite office work with occasional travel of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Execute established sales operations processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales initiatives and process improvements.
• Monitor and maintain CRM data for multiple Business Development partners.
• Support forecasting, orders review, and the resolution of sales operations issues and inquiries.
• Respond to RFQs and send quotes to customers when needed.
• Develop and maintain sales orders in SAP.
• Process reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms.

Requirements

• Associate degree with relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role performing daily tactical operations work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to accuracy and efficiency.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required for ITAR/EAR-restricted work; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Direct government contracting experience.
