Systems & Data Project Manager

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid with 1–2 days per week onsite

Salary: £375–£400 per day via Umbrella

hirify.global is recruiting for a contract project management role supporting technology, data, and business transformation programmes.

What you will do

• Deliver a portfolio of business-critical systems, data, and transformation projects.
• Lead major data and information management initiatives.
• Manage supplier transitions and managed service change programmes.
• Deliver business systems implementations, upgrades, and platform replacement programmes.
• Drive process improvement and wider business change activities.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, priorities, and project governance through implementation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex projects from initiation through implementation.
• Successful delivery of data-focused projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with systems implementations, upgrades, or platform replacement programmes.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendor-led deliveries.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational teams and senior leadership.
• Experience working within structured project governance environments and driving delivery through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Background in healthcare, social care, the public sector, charity, housing, or wider not-for-profit organisations.
• Exposure to enterprise systems, business applications, and data improvement programmes.
