Creative Studio Manager

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with three days in the office

Salary: £275–£330 per day, outside IR35

hirify.global is recruiting for a rapidly growing technology business with an established consumer audience and an expanding in-house creative function.

What you will do

• Own the creative studio’s day-to-day workflow, including briefs, projects, resources and deadlines.
• Build and maintain a reliable creative pipeline, identifying scheduling conflicts and delivery risks early.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including talent, suppliers, locations, crew and logistics.
• Run planning meetings, sprints and reviews to align priorities and next steps.
• Work with marketing and leadership to provide visibility of progress, resources and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing creative, content or studio operations in an in-house or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience coordinating shoots, including talent, crew, logistics and on-set delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management and resource planning tools.
• Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills.
• Confidence managing competing demands and challenging unrealistic deadlines.
