Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift (Aerospace)

Location: West Lafayette, Indiana, United States; onsite third-shift production role. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Salary: $80,900–$101,100 per year, plus a 6% shift premium.

What you will do

• Supervise and lead daily advanced manufacturing and structural assembly operations.
• Communicate production goals and report on operational performance and KPIs.
• Coach, mentor, train, and support the performance and accountability of production teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, FOD prevention, work processes, and compliance with local work rules.
• Recruit, select, and train new team members while collaborating with management and support functions.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and oversee production team work hours.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using MES and ERP systems.
• Ability to work across departments, build productive relationships, and drive performance accountability.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual; availability for a flexible schedule and successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in advanced manufacturing or an aerospace environment.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Aeronautics, or a related field.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
