Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential profit sharing, bonuses, and shift differential pay.

What you will do

• Lead a machine shop team of 30–40 machinists.
• Own daily operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop value stream improvement plans with the Manufacturing Manager.
• Set and measure short- and long-term team goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Optimize personnel and equipment utilization using standard work practices to meet delivery commitments at the lowest practical cost.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, and manage employee performance, time reporting, counseling, discipline, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing teams in a machine shop or comparable manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
• The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
