Future Talent - Junior Supplier Manager

What you will do

• Drive sourcing and contracting in line with procurement and supplier management strategies.
• Manage base and preferred suppliers according to category strategies, supplier plans, processes, contracts, and KPIs.
• Conduct requests for quotation, negotiations, contract management, and spend, supplier, and competition analysis.
• Participate in target follow-up and corrective actions while ensuring correct use of relevant tools.
• Build stakeholder relationships, communicate results, and act as a proactive business partner.
• Apply best practices and facilitate on-site networking.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master's degree, or less than two years of work experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
• Passion, leadership potential, and outstanding academic or non-academic achievements.
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with people at all organizational levels and contribute to an inclusive environment.
