What you will do
- Manage non-production purchasing for industrial and office equipment, tools, facility and equipment maintenance, professional outsourcing services, and rentals.
- Develop and evaluate suppliers through market research, IT tools, and information analysis.
- Manage supplier relationships and align suppliers with company strategy.
- Execute bidding activities, lead supplier negotiations, and handle contracts using relevant legal knowledge.
- Drive sourcing improvement projects and improve payment terms, including electronic acceptance drafts and extended account periods.
- Prepare monthly purchasing summaries and KPI reports, follow approval workflows, and complete orders on time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the machinery manufacturing industry; sourcing or purchasing experience is preferred.
- University degree in a related field; an automation background is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
- Good English and proficiency with general software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, self-motivation, responsibility, honesty, and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
