Director, Sourcing - Intimates, Swim, Lounge

Location: Guantang Qu, Hong Kong; Shanghai, China; Shenzhen, China

Base salary: $1–$2 USD; bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Develop and implement end-to-end sourcing and supply chain strategies for the Intimates, Lounge, and Swim categories.
• Build a resilient multi-sourcing network and onboard manufacturing partners to the direct-to-consumer model.
• Coach partners on rapid replenishment, operational excellence, financial performance, and Vendor Portal usage.
• Drive quality, lead time, availability, and margin improvements against defined performance targets.
• Launch new styles and colors with Merchandising and Product Development teams through the New Product Creation process.
• Lead quarterly business reviews covering partner performance, strategic alignment, improvement areas, and future objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of director-level strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management experience with major US-based retailers.
• Established factory connections in Intimates, Lounge, and Swim across APAC, IST, and EMEA.
• Experience using factory and vendor expertise for product design, cost engineering, and commercialization, with strong knowledge of regional materials.
• Supply chain and manufacturing experience, including lean and just-in-time operations.
• Strong cost analysis and negotiation skills, including clean-sheet costing and cost-saving initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, problem-solving, technology, and AI skills.
