Winsted Engineering Interns

Location: Winsted, Minnesota, United States; onsite engineering internship. No relocation or housing support is provided, and work visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Improve risk management practices in the Winsted factory.
• Support internal audits and maintain documents and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in WCM continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Business Stream teams, including Engineering and Technical Product Owners.

Requirements

• Current college enrollment, ideally within the final two years of study.
• Studies in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, another technical bachelor's program, or Business Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Two internship options are available: May 31–August 13, 2027, or May 31–November 19, 2027.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• SAP experience.
