Manufacturing Intern

Location: Philly - Ontario, CA; onsite at a manufacturing plant

Pay rate: $23.52–$31.16 per hour

What you will do

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing plant areas to understand the production process.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Research new and existing projects and support major operational decisions.
• Identify problems, develop proposed solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Attend department meetings, collaborate across organizational levels, and act on feedback.
• Create and present an internship project and outcomes presentation to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• No prior experience is required in the field, position, or people/project management; education may count toward experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• No foreign language is required.
