Location: New York Mills, Minnesota, United States; onsite
Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do
- Develop, deploy, and monitor built-in quality processes across manufacturing value streams.
- Create and implement quality plans for new products through the HPPD process.
- Process PPAP and FAI submissions to support timely new product shipments.
- Investigate tactical quality issues, review corrective actions, and verify root-cause elimination measures.
- Analyze quality performance data, support internal audits, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage projects focused on warranty corrective actions, supplier hardware, and internal process controls.
Requirements
- Engineering student with at least 80 credits toward a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience using SolidWorks, DraftSight, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States immediately and without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Full-time commitment from May through August 2027; occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.
Nice to have
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week periodically when required.
