Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Henri van de Bilt plant, Beuningen, Netherlands

What you will do

• Manage the logistical chain and professionalize, design, establish, and improve Supply Chain workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Production to determine inventory turnover, optimize production capacity, and provide reliable customer delivery times.
• Develop and motivate Supply Chain employees and participate as a member of the management team.
• Lead process improvements focused on efficiency, lower complexity, shorter lead times, and lower costs.
• Conduct supplier purchasing negotiations, handle Supply Chain-related customer complaints, and coordinate progress with Production.
• Ensure accurate logistical KPI reporting and compliance with company, safety, HACCP, BRC, and ARBO regulations.

Requirements

• Higher professional education at HBO level of thinking and working.
• Experience within Supply Chain and in managing and developing employees.
• Experience with supplier management and purchasing negotiations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ARBO, and relevant company regulations.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, process improvement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to connect departments and focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
