Executive Recruiter (AI Legaltech)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Base salary: $172,550–$244,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end executive searches for Director-level and above roles across global functions.
• Partner with the Head of Executive Recruiting and external executive search firms on senior hires.
• Build scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experiences for leadership hiring.
• Develop relationships across investor talent communities and senior talent networks.
• Raise senior hiring standards across the broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with reward, legal, and people operations to manage confidential offer processes.

Requirements

• In-house executive recruiting experience at a high-growth, VC-backed technology company.
• Track record of hiring at Director level and above.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on organizational design and leadership profiles.
• Experience building investor talent relationships and managing external search firms.
• Strong judgment, credibility, confidentiality, and candidate communication skills.
• Availability to work on-site in New York City
