Intern Media Performance & Partnerships (Digital Media)

Location: Paris, France; 6-month internship starting January 2027, based at the global headquarters.

What you will do

• Analyze digital media performance and contribute to continuous improvement of media ROI.
• Work across retail media, paid social, programmatic CTV, online video, display, and paid search.
• Prepare monthly performance, media effectiveness, and creative quality reports.
• Support the hirify.global MediaLab and the adoption of new digital media guidelines.
• Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok, media agencies, partners, brands, and local media teams.
• Assist markets and brands with best practices and upskilling.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of digital media, including paid social, programmatic, retail media, and search.
• Comfort with data analysis and media performance measurement.
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, rigorous, collaborative, and detail-focused.
• Interest in media dynamics, innovation, and continuous improvement.
