Growth Marketing Apprentice (Climate Tech)

Location: Paris, France; office at Station F with flexible remote days possible.

Marble is a climate tech venture studio partnering with scientists, engineers, and operators to build companies addressing complex problems across energy, industry, agriculture, and climate resilience.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and monitor organic and paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve acquisition performance and reduce CPA.
• Implement audience tags and tracking pixels, manage attribution, and optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data and maintain KPI dashboards with actionable performance insights.
• Build targeted talent lists and coordinate outbound marketing data with CRM systems.
• Support press outreach, pitch media angles, and integrate PR into broader growth campaigns.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree or certification program eligible for an apprenticeship under a Contrat d'Apprentissage.
• Fluent English; French is preferred but not mahirify.globaltory.
• Solid understanding of paid media campaign setup, targeting, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
• Experience with campaign execution and SEO optimization using tools such as Hootsuite and Ahrefs.
• Ability to write high-converting ad copy, PR pitches, and social media content while making complex technical ideas accessible.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Passion for climate tech, startups, venture capital, and climate deep tech companies.
• End-to-end marketing experience from ideation and design through advertising and launch.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Experience creating science communication, educational, or technical content.
