What you will do

• Define and execute the demand generation strategy for the South Europe region.
• Own pipeline targets and strengthen marketing's contribution to revenue.
• Lead demand generation teams and major program areas.
• Partner with sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Use data and market insights to optimize marketing strategy and investment.
• Align global marketing strategy with regional execution and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or demand generation.
• Experience leading teams and/or large programs.
• Expertise in B2B demand generation and digital marketing.
• Experience defining and executing strategic demand programs aligned with business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use data, market insight, and business context to shape strategy and investment decisions and drive cross-functional alignment at leadership level.
