Senior Manager - Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead (SAP)

Location: Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK; three days per week from a Johnson & Johnson office

Salary: EUR 82,900–144,210 in the Netherlands; GBP 69,900–121,210 in the UK

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
• Drive SAP Finance and S/4HANA deployment activities across business processes, technology, data, controls, training, and support.
• Coordinate integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and external systems.
• Develop cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization plans to transition solutions into business operations.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, risks, dependencies, issues, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple domains and locations.

Requirements

• 20+ years of preferred experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, or finance technology teams.
• 14+ years of relevant experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise in S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance, deployment and cutover management, SAP BTP, systems integration, and data migration.
• Strong financial accounting, reporting, close optimization, governance, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK and work three days per week from a J&J office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Invoice to Cash, Procure to Pay, Asset Management, Project Accounting, Treasury, or Finance Master Data Management.
