Senior Business Partner (AI/HR)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with onsite attendance 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities, engagement, performance, and growth.
• Coach leaders through change management, organizational development, and complex business transformations.
• Lead organization design, team effectiveness, workforce optimization, and functional scaling initiatives.
• Manage talent reviews, performance cycles, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Partner with People & Culture Centers of Excellence and People Operations to deliver compensation and performance programs.
• Use AI tools, people analytics, workforce data, and modern HR technologies to identify trends and improve HR operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in a complex, matrixed, global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, human resources, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience influencing senior managers and executives through high-impact people strategies.
• Deep experience in organizational design, cultural transformation, and complex change initiatives.
• Advanced ability to use people metrics and data analytics for root-cause analysis and leadership decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and commercial awareness skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, SATCOM, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
• Experience working with international teams, external counsel, or global consultants on multi-country people practices.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or other advanced enterprise HR platforms.
