Human Resources Business Partner (iGaming)

What you will do

• Partner with iGaming leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and people strategy execution.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Coach managers through sensitive employee relations matters and difficult conversations.
• Analyze engagement, attrition, performance, and other people data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate HR programs with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development Centers of Excellence.
• Support leaders and teams through change, culture, engagement, and DEI initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a global HR Business Partner role, specifically supporting employees in Sweden.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple levels, from individual contributors through senior managers.
• Strong business partnership, influencing, coaching, communication, judgment, discretion, integrity, and empathy skills.
• Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent processes.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and change, use people data, and translate insights into action independently and through AI.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations is preferred.
